Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as Automation Anywhere.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct comprehensive business analysis and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent planning capabilities to develop detailed project roadmaps and ensure successful execution.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Ability to document business processes and workflows for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science.
