About the Role
In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of conducting effective audits, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with the audit team to develop and execute audit plans, analyze data, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the audit team to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
- Participate in the development and implementation of audit training programs for employees.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and techniques.
- Proficiency in Payroll software and Payroll operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
