About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include cold calling, meeting with potential clients, and negotiating deals. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
