About the Role
As a Human Resource Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. This involves sourcing candidates, screening their resumes, and conducting interviews to assess their skills and fit for the company culture.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their resumes, cover letters, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the company culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate data, interview schedules, and hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment law.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate data and make informed recruitment decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
