About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Biotechnology graduates to join our Medical Coding team.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and clinical documentation.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on physician documentation.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing.
• Stay updated with coding standards, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.

What You'll Need

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Biotechnology or equivalent Life Science degree.
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is preferred.
• Good analytical and comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
