About the Role
As a Hiring Operation Executive at CorpZop, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Prepare and disseminate job descriptions, job postings, and other relevant materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Develop and implement efficient hiring processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, recruitment software).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
