About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive at Credicus Business Services, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional customer service.   • Language Skills: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Degree: 12th pass with a strong academic record.
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
