About the Role
In this Customer Service role, you'll be the first point of contact for Titan customers, handling their queries and concerns via phone calls. You'll work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and provide a positive experience for customers.
As a Titan Voice Process representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also meeting sales targets and lead generation goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and lead generation goals, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Titan products and services, to provide accurate and informative responses to customer queries.
- Identify and escalate customer complaints or issues to senior team members or management, as required.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer queries in a clear and concise manner.
- Basic knowledge of Titan products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop a strong understanding of the business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- High school pass (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, with flexibility to work varying shifts and hours.
