Telecaller - Voice Process / BPO / Kannada or Malayalam / HSC Fresher (Chennai)

About the Role

As a Telecaller in our Voice Process, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to generate leads and promote our clients' products or services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers over the phone, and using your communication skills to build rapport and close deals. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed your daily call targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Kannada or Malayalam language proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent (HSC Fresher).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
