About the Role

This HR Intern role at CSML Group is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in both Recruitment and HR Operations, supporting the Human Resources team for the Hospitality Division.

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and day-to-day HR activities across our hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in screening and shortlisting candidate resumes.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview calendars.
  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and campus hiring drives.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and other hiring-related documents.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, MBA/PGDM – HR, or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
