About the Role

As a 3D Visualizer at CUBE Architects & Interior Design, you will be responsible for creating stunning 3D visualizations of architectural and interior design projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve modeling, rendering, and visualizing designs using industry-standard software. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that the visualizations accurately represent the client's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Model buildings, landscapes, and other structures using 3D modeling software such as SketchUp and 3ds Max.
• Render high-quality images and animations of 3D models using rendering software like VRay and Lumion.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of lighting principles and techniques to create realistic and visually appealing images.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure that visualizations accurately represent the design intent.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in 3D visualization.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Deliver high-quality visualizations on time and within budget.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3D modeling and rendering skills using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and VRay.
• Proficiency in drawing and lighting skills.
• Experience with rendering software like Lumion and D5 Render.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio that showcases your 3D visualization skills and experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
