3D Visualizer (Navi Mumbai)

About the Role

As a 3D Visualizer at CUBE Architects & Interior Design, you will be responsible for creating stunning 3D visualizations and models to help clients visualize and interact with architectural designs. Your primary focus will be on using 3D modeling software to create photorealistic images and animations that showcase the project's features and details.

You will work closely with the design team to ensure that the visualizations accurately reflect the project's design intent and meet the client's expectations. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other software tools.
• Create photorealistic images and animations for architectural projects.
• Work with the design team to ensure that visualizations accurately reflect the project's design intent.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Develop and maintain a library of 3D models and visualizations for future projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software tools and technologies in the field of 3D visualization.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall design quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and VRay.
• Strong understanding of lighting and rendering techniques.
• Experience with Lumion and D5 Render is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and color theory.
