Field Sales Executive

About the Role

This Field Sales Executive role involves driving brand visibility and lead generation for Cult.fit centers during the pre-launch phase. You'll be responsible for executing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, distributing promotional materials, and engaging with potential customers at on-ground kiosks.

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in creating awareness about Cult.fit membership plans, offers, and benefits to the local community. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and supporting pre-launch promotional campaigns in the Hyderabad / Secunderabad area.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas to promote Cult.fit services.
• Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads among potential customers.
• Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location to engage with walk-in prospects.
• Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk, explaining Cult.fit membership plans, offers, and benefits.
• Capture and maintain lead data accurately to ensure seamless follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions to maximize lead generation.
• Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations to maintain brand visibility and customer engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate degree (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.
• Target-driven mindset with high energy levels to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work in a pre-launch setup and flexible shifts.
