About the Role
The EIC Apprentice - Valuations and Advisory_Gurugram will conduct primary field surveys, interact with local brokers, and prepare databases of various real estate asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and interact with local brokers
- Prepare databases of various real estate asset classes
- Research and analyze market trends, demand drivers, and profitability of major projects
- Maintain databases of projects, developers, investors, etc.
What You'll Need
- Under-Graduate in Finance or any other engineering discipline
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
