Associate Software Developer

About the Role

As an Associate Software Developer at Cyntexa, you will be part of a dynamic development team working with cutting-edge technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other related platforms that are transforming the IT industry. You will be involved in various phases of the software development life cycle, including designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable applications. Candidates new to Salesforce or ServiceNow are welcome, as 6 months of extensive hands-on training is provided to build a strong technical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain new software/applications using industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high quality and performance.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand software requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas.
• Document software designs, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist in the integration of software components and third-party libraries.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in production environments.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python) and basic coding knowledge.
• Strong logical skills, analytical capabilities, and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with IDEs, version control systems, and software testing frameworks is a plus.
• Effective communication and time-management skills with a collaborative mindset.
