About the Role

As an Insurance Claims Associate, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing insurance claims, ensuring that they are accurate and compliant with company policies. You will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently and effectively. Your CA qualification will be instrumental in analyzing financial documents and evaluating claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate insurance claims and assess their validity, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify financial documents, such as receipts, invoices, and bank statements, to support claim submissions.
  • Conduct thorough claim analysis, identifying potential issues and discrepancies that may impact claim payouts.
  • Prepare and review assessment reports, providing clear and concise recommendations for claim approval or denial.
  • Communicate with clients and insurance companies to resolve claims-related queries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims processing, including documentation and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim processing and minimize delays.

Skills & Qualifications

  • CA qualification (Chartered Accountant) with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations, including policy terms and conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
