About the Role

As a Recruiter at Data Science & Analytics, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the field of data science and analytics. • Utilizing HR software to manage the recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HR software, such as applicant tracking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Certification in recruitment or HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI
