About the Role
As a Recruiter at Data Science & Analytics, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the field of data science and analytics. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting interviews, screening resumes, and building relationships with potential candidates. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role
- Screening resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates
- Building relationships with potential candidates and maintaining a strong network of contacts
- Utilizing HR software to manage the recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR software, such as applicant tracking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Certification in recruitment or HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI
