Business Development Executive (Fresher)
Job Description
About the Role
In this Business Development Executive role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by owning the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on achieving monthly sales targets through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts.
You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and improve conversions, while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and present DataFuel's solutions effectively.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals independently.
- Manage follow-ups via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn until closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams by sharing customer feedback to improve conversions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and sales targets.
- Self-driven with an ownership mindset.
- Experience in B2B/SaaS sales is preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
