About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Review job descriptions and understand hiring requirements.
2. Source suitable resumes from job portals and recruitment databases.
3. Communicate with candidates and relevant stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
4. Assess candidates based on visa status, location, qualifications, experience, rates, and behavioral fit.
5. Collect and organize resumes, IDs, certifications, and required documents in the prescribed format.
6. Submit qualified candidates to account managers for further evaluation.
7. Maintain and track candidate information and recruitment updates accurately.
8. Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews with account managers.
9. Conduct initial shortlisting and screening discussions with potential candidates.
10. Support interview coordination, rate confirmation, and negotiation processes.
