Junior Technical Sales Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our cutting-edge technical capabilities and our prospective clients.
- Pre-Sales & Technical Demonstrations: Assist the sales team by preparing and delivering compelling, tailored product demonstrations.
- Requirement Gathering: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical infrastructure, workflow bottlenecks, and document processing needs.
- Implementation & Basic Support: Provide foundational technical support to clients during and immediately after solution implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer and relay feedback, feature requests, and market insights to the internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Proposals & Documentation: Help author comprehensive technical proposals, RFPs, case studies, and solution documentation.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing customers.
What You'll Need
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Post-Graduate Degree (Highly Preferred): An MBA or equivalent post-graduate diploma in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.
- Technical & Professional Skills:
- Strong foundational understanding of Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), OCR technologies, and Cloud/SaaS business models.
- Familiarity with CRM software, presentation tools, and basic knowledge of APIs or data structures.
