## Key Responsibilities

The candidates selected will receive on-the-job training and will assist with departmental tasks while gaining technical expertise. They will be required to:

• Attending all training programs that are assigned.

• Training and completing departmental tasks

• Assisting in the coordination and monitoring of the assigned tasks

• Installation of Windows Operating Systems on standalone servers

• Installing operating systems like Linux, Solaris, HP UNIX and AIX

• Maintaining test setups and configurations is a requirement for engineering teams.

• Responding to lab requests made by engineers

• The deployment and creation of virtual machines within VMware vCenter environments

• Supporting basic technical and infrastructure-related activities

## Eligibility Criteria

## Educational Qualification

• B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or a similar discipline

## Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Windows as well as Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of the basics of Windows OS installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

• Basic introduction towards Linux operating systems

• Understanding of TCP/IP troubleshooting techniques

## Preferred Skills

• Good communication skills

• The ability to effectively communicate with team members from the top

• Teamwork and collaboration skills are strong.
