About the Role
As an Associate Analyst supporting Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project management—managing shared mailboxes, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking tasks and milestones, preparing meeting materials, and documenting outcomes to support every detail of the project lifecycle. You will also act as a liaison across business teams, coordinating communications for office openings and closures and supporting sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Track and report project milestone progress across portfolio initiatives; maintain integrated plans, action logs, and decision trackers.
- Partner with project managers and portfolio leaders to identify schedule impacts, monitor project progress, and support weekly status governance.
- Build and maintain portfolio analytics and convert findings into decision-ready insights and executive-ready PowerPoint materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications for office openings and closures, including stakeholder notifications, dependencies, and timing confirmations.
- Support project management activities such as managing shared mailboxes, tracking tasks, preparing meeting materials, coordinating with project teams, documenting outcomes, and providing research for transformation initiatives.
What You'll Need
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in analyst, project coordination, portfolio strategy, workplace/facilities, operations, finance, consulting, or program/project roles.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing, or basic modeling.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations, charts, and tables for leadership or project updates.
- Experience tracking milestones, action items, and risks/issues using Smartsheet or similar work management tools.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to summarize findings, draft insights, or streamline recurring reporting tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, workplace, or facilities functions.
- Experience coordinating office openings, closures, or other cross-functional operational communications.
- Experience preparing weekly status reports, meeting materials, and documented meeting outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across strategy, technology, business services, or workplace experience functions.
