About the Role

As an Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring cloud infrastructures, managing incidents, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and other operational monitoring tools to track the performance of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Effectively monitor, record, and handle alerts, incidents, and service requests.
• Adhere to clearly agreed-upon Services Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.
• Work with internal teams to ensure incident resolution and provide necessary follow-up.
• Keep accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and the status of work.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports when required.
• Support operations 24 hours a day in a rotating shift schedule at the office.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or B.A. graduates.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 24×7 in a rotating shift schedule and work from home in Bengaluru.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow.
