About the Role
This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with information about our products and services over the phone or through chat. You will be part of a dynamic team that aims to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a customer care representative, you will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- VoIP and Chat: Proficiency in using VoIP and chat platforms to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Tech Support: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Blended: Ability to work in a blended environment, handling both voice and chat interactions.
- Travel Support: Knowledge of travel-related products and services to assist customers with travel-related issues.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
- Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
