About the Role

An Associate is responsible for the effective day to day management of the production and process of Trade Services Business.

The jobholder can be placed in any of the Trade Services Process and should possess complete knowledge of their core and cross-trained process.

Responsibilities

• Domain knowledge of the processes
• Reporting to the client and the management
• Timely escalations of exceptional issues to internal management
• Ensuring that service levels are met and strive to exceed service levels
• Coordinating with the training team and Senior team members
• Planning and managing training
• Ensuring ongoing coaching of team members
• Managing the quality control process
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting on operational issues
• Promoting awareness of the Escalation Matrix within the team
• Owning the allocation and prioritization of all work
