Tele Collection Executive

About the Role

As a Tele Collection Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding payments and debts. This role involves following up with customers, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any disputes that may arise. You will work closely with the collections team to ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding payments and debts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve any disputes that may arise.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely recovery of payments.
• Work closely with the collections team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate information to ensure seamless communication.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly collection targets as set by the team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of debt recovery and collections processes.
• Diploma or degree in any field (freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
