About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Telesales in India.

This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kick-start their career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
