Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Digi Delight Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify business needs, and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement.

Day-to-day, you will be working on projects that require you to analyze business problems, identify key performance indicators, and develop recommendations for process improvements. Your findings and recommendations will be presented to stakeholders, so strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify business needs, and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain business cases, financial models, and other analytical tools to support business decisions
• Identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure business performance
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive growth and efficiency
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Jira, a project management tool
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis is an added advantage
