About the Role

This Customer Care Executive role involves interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
