Junior Associate- Risk Analyst

About the Role

In this Junior Associate- Risk Analyst role at Ditto Insurance, you'll be responsible for identifying and assessing potential risks that could impact the company's operations, financial stability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. You'll work closely with the risk management team to ensure that Ditto Insurance maintains a strong risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track risk exposure and monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure that Ditto Insurance's risk management framework is aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance risk management processes.
• Develop and maintain audit readiness by ensuring that all risk management processes and procedures are well-documented and easily accessible.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure that Ditto Insurance's risk management framework remains effective and compliant.
