About the Role
As a Pipeline Assistant Technical Director (ATD) at DNEG, you will assist Pipeline Technical Directors to ensure the smooth running of tools, software, and workflows used on award-winning VFX and Feature Animation shows.
You will work closely with Pipeline TDs to provide face-to-face support for artists, contributing to the development of technical skills in an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and support for artists
- Monitor render farm, disk usage, and file transfers between sites
- Contribute to testing and feedback for software releases from the R&D team
- Design and write Python tools and scripts for shows to use
What You'll Need
- Experience with Linux
- Good knowledge of Maya
- Good Python scripting skills
