About the Role
As a Freelance Sales Executive at DreamSpace Realties, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing deals in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.

- Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase properties to clients and negotiate deals.
- Prepare and present sales pitches and proposals to clients to secure new business.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends and competitor activity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to results.
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
