About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HR software and systems, such as recruitment platforms and payroll management tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related field.
