About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive at Dugar Automotives Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in the Kolkata region. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer interactions, and meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kolkata region, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including regular communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Manage customer interactions, including meetings, demos, and presentations, to effectively communicate product value and drive sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
