AI App Automation/Manual Tester (Ahmedabad)

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for testing AI-powered applications to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and functionality. This involves manual testing, as well as leveraging automation tools to streamline the testing process and identify potential issues early on.

You'll work closely with the development team to understand the application's features and workflows, and develop effective test strategies to validate their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test cases to validate the functionality of AI-powered features and workflows.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using AI-powered tools to streamline testing and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing tasks, and provide regular updates on testing progress.
• Develop and maintain golden datasets and evaluation suites to ensure consistent and accurate testing results.
• Identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies, and recommend improvements to the testing process.
• Contribute to the development of test strategies and workflows to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-powered applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with AI QA and testing methodologies, including test strategies and workflows.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
• Experience with LLM-powered features and workflow automations.
• Familiarity with golden datasets and evaluation suites.
• Ability to work with multistep workflows and agentic workflows.
• Experience with stress testing and performance testing.
