About the Role
This US HR Process HRSD role at Eclerx Services Ltd. IT Park involves managing employee data, handling inbound voice calls, and providing chat support to ensure seamless HR operations. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining HRMSCRM systems, and ensuring compliance with US standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee data, including updating records and ensuring accuracy.
- Handle inbound voice calls and respond to ticketing queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide chat support to employees and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Understand and apply US payroll regulations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and compliance, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption to the team.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain HRMSCRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRMSCRM systems and data management tools.
- Knowledge of US payroll regulations, HR policies, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
