About the Role
In this role as a Google Workspace Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to clients using Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting issues, managing user administration, and ensuring seamless integration of Google Workspace with other endpoint management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients using Google Workspace services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other Google Workspace services.
- Manage user administration, including creating and modifying user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Configure and manage Google Workspace settings, including DNS records and endpoint management.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including issue resolutions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices to provide expert-level support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in Google Workspace or a similar cloud-based platform.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Admin Console.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Basic knowledge of endpoint management and DNS records.
