About the Role
We’re hiring a Trainee IT Administrator at Ecosmob in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on desktop and laptop setup, troubleshooting, and basic IT infrastructure support.
Responsibilities
- Desktop & laptop setup and troubleshooting
- Windows & Linux installation and configuration
- Software, drivers, and system updates
- New employee system setup
- IT asset management and documentation
- First‑level IT support and ticket handling
- Basic LAN, Wi‑Fi & VPN troubleshooting
- Basic networking support as part of IT infrastructure
What You’ll Need
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT Infrastructure
