About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team at Ecovista Global Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
What You'll Need
- Strong understanding of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
