About the Role

As an ERP Implementation Functional Consultant at eDominer Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of ERP systems with existing business processes, identifying and addressing any gaps or discrepancies, and providing end-user training to ensure effective utilization of the system.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Conduct GAP analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Develop and implement data migration plans to ensure seamless transition of data from legacy systems to ERP.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications

• ERP implementation experience (preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong project management skills, with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and address complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as SAP FICO, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
