About the Role

This role combines patient care, clinic administration, chairside assistance, and basic content creation for our social media platforms. As a Patient Care Executive cum Dental Assistant & Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience, assisting with dental procedures, and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.

No prior dental qualification is required, and we will provide complete on-the-job training for dental assisting and clinic procedures. We value attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to grow more than prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create an exceptional first impression.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Assist patients with registrations, payments, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
• Coordinate patient recalls and appointment reminders.
• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, social media, and mobile apps.
• Some experience in creating social media content, photography, videography, or basic editing is preferred.
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing apps (or willing to learn).
• Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
