About the Role

As an Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Support, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle HRMS applications, ensuring seamless user experience and resolving any technical issues that may arise. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle HRMS functionality and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HRMS applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Work closely with the HR team to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Configure and set up Oracle HRMS modules, including Talent Management, performance management, and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain BPM workflows and FSM setups to automate business processes.
• Implement and manage Oracle Fusion HCM and Recruiting Cloud modules.
• Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle HRMS applications and best practices.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in Oracle HRMS, preferably in a support or implementation role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS functionality and technical expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Oracle HRMS certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (OCIS), are a plus.
