About the Role

The Learning Advisor (eCXO) role at Emeritus involves building and managing a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from top-tier universities. This includes providing customized information to interested executives, guiding them through program milestones, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B-Schools.
  • Provide in-depth and customized information to interested executives through phone and email.
  • Ensure that details pertaining to lead discussions are updated real-time on CRM software.
  • Guide and follow-up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers.
  • Develop best practices for interaction with customers, including standard FAQs.
  • Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools, and data management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/Sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong phone/video call presence.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs.
  • Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure.
  • Ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers.
  • Must enjoy customer interaction and has a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners.
