Temporary Operator

About the Role

As a Temporary Operator at Emerson, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations comply with the company's safety, health, and environmental management regulations.

Responsibilities include daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop requirements, performing product assembly and basic equipment operation, setting up and operating Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine, and Automatic testing equipment.

• Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental management regulations.
• Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop requirements.

• Adhere to all quality standards.

Responsibilities

This role requires flexibility and may rotate responsibilities within the position.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
• Willingness to work in shift basis.
• Physical demands: Must be able to lift 3 Kilogram weight and distinguish colors.
