Associate (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associates to join our Data Annotation team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates from B.Com, or BFA backgrounds who are eager to build a career in back-office roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform annotation and tagging of documents, images, and other data formats with high accuracy.
• Review and validate annotated data to ensure consistency and compliance with project guidelines.
• Work closely with the Quality and Project Management teams to meet SLA and accuracy targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of tasks and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Escalate issues, ambiguities, or challenges to supervisors for resolution.
• Continuously learn new tools, annotation methods, and project requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining data security and confidentiality standards (HIPAA/GDPR).
