About the Role
As a Growth & Sales Intern at Enginuity, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching and analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and growth hacking, and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Provide sales support to the sales team, including data analysis and reporting
- Assist in the development of sales materials, such as sales sheets and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
