About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst / Collections Specialist at EOS, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash flow by ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze accounts receivable data, identify potential issues, and implement strategies to improve cash flow. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow, reduce days sales outstanding, and increase collections.
- Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including accounts receivable and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to accounts receivable and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to accounts receivable and cash flow management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance regulations.
- Certifications in accounts receivable, credit control, or a related field (optional).
