About the Role
As a Human Resources Executive at Erekrut... Recruitment Made Easy, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and coordinating training programs.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software, including recruitment platforms and employee data management systems.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
