About the Role
As a fresher in the International Voice Process at Eric Services, you will be responsible for handling customer support calls and providing assistance to clients across the globe. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day, you will interact with customers, respond to their queries, and provide solutions to their problems. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer customer queries, and address concerns related to our services.
- Work in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction and service level agreements.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills to navigate our systems and software.
- Graduation in any stream (10+2 / Any Graduate) from a recognized university.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility to work rotational night shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and technologies.
