About the Role

As a Project Planner - Consultancy at Ernst & Young, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects across various domains. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget reports to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that may impact project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project management tools and processes to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members to ensure their growth and development.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in project planning, management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
